You can be referred by any support agency or you can refer yourself for help.
We are a welcoming team who are here to help you get back on your feet. We will provide food parcels tailored to your family size and any dietary needs you may have. We will support everyone who comes to us for an initial period of up to 3 weeks.
We call our support “More than Food” as we aim to get alongside you on a non-judgemental basis and understand how we can help. We hope you will feel free to chat over a hot drink. The support we can offer includes:

We rely totally on volunteers and are always looking for new people to get involved.
